ADMITTANCE POLICY
Please fill out one registration form for each person you are registering. By providing this information you grant Bobit Business Media the right to contact you regarding your registration, as well as to receive updates on CRS and/or updates and promotional material sponsors. Full payment must accompany this form. Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. To prevent double-billing, mail or fax your registration form only once. Please do not register twice or you may be billed twice. This is a private event not open to the public. No one under 16 years of age will be permitted to attend.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to conference management approval. Requests must be made in writing and received by CRS , c/o Custom Registration, Inc., 2020 E. Randol Mill Rd., Ste. 307, Arlington, TX 76011, Fax: (817) 277-7616, Email: webreg@customreg.com, no later than February 10, 2012. A $50 processing fee will be applied. Requests received after February 10, 2012 will not qualify for a refund. There will be a $75 charge for any name changes or transferring of badges.
